Meet the Owner

Emma Ideson is the owner of Routine Clean, LLC, based in Bozeman, Montana. Born in Las Vegas, she moved to Montana in 2007 after three years in Salt Lake City, and has proudly called the Gallatin Valley home ever since.

Emma has been working in residential and commercial cleaning across Bozeman, Livingston, and Big Sky since 2018, including management positions that strengthened her client-care and team-leadership skills. She values a clean home done right, and prioritizes using natural products whenever possible, integrating only minimal traditional cleaners when needed to ensure high-quality results.

In addition to her cleaning work, Emma has been a full-time employee at the Yellowstone Club since 2020, serving as a ski lift operator and, in 2024, stepping into a foreman role. She has also worked as an instructor at Montana Outdoor Science School, sharing her passion for the outdoors and environmental awareness.

Outside of work, Emma embraces the Montana lifestyle she loves—skiing, hiking, biking, and exploring forest-service cabins. She’s also an avid skater and a devoted dog mom to Luna and Ollie, her two energetic Yorkie mixes.
